New Runes and Masteries

Myself and hundreds of others that play league are not liking the new runes and mastery setup. You dont start with armor , magic resis, no penetration at all and then at level 10 if u have the right mastery setup u get 10 i think armor and magic resis by that time the dps have out laned you and ur team ....tanks are so worse now a/d melee so much worse cause they have no sustain ...plz Riot fix this issue
