Brand with rilay + ardent censer + stoneborn pact

Q: Is this actually viable/good ?

Hello,

I remember the ashe ardent + stoneborn pact was pretty cheesy yet it worked quite well, but yesterday I had this brand in my game who played with this set up : rilay to slow, bond of stone so the team heals upon hitting ennemies, and ardent censer which procs on the stoneborn pact heal.

The game went quite bad (1/19 botlane), checked his previous game as well, he was 0/13, he was main sona/karma, so my question is : did this fail because HE was terrible, or did this fail because this build is just straight up bad ?

Did someone gave it a try ? Did some pro manage to make it work ?

Imo not worth it. Why take stone pack and signifcantly lower your dps?

It's not good. Brand needs 2 items to get the ardent proc. A lot of champs can reliably apply movement impairment with their kit so they don't need two whole items to start using ardent.
