Combining the Smart Ping system with Bards ult.

Bards kit, as of now, could be better. I think it would be interesting if his ult could actually be controlled, as in who he chooses to put into stasis, using the Smart Ping system that we already have. Bard would simply click R (like how we click G or V for pings) followed by the click then drag left/right/up/down to choose who he puts into stasis.

 If the Smart Ping system becomes integrated, Bard could possibly have choices like ulting only allys (drag left), only enemies (drag right), all (drag down), and only structures and minions (swipe up). This would definitely improve his kit and possibly change outlook for potential Bard players. 

 This idea does not have to be limited to reworking Bard but maybe even open new doors to newer champions. They could have a new play style, where their skill changes depending on direction of swipe, just like how we have champions who have different skill sets when they transform into a different form typically through their ultimates (i.e. Nidalee, Swain, Jayce, Elise).
