MATCH UP SYSTEM IN RANKED FLEX oce

Can you please explain what is wrong with the match up system???? in ranked flex 5v5 oceania

I am seriously thinking about deleting this game and i spend a decent amount of money on it...... I am trying to get out of bronze 1

Now i know everyone says get GOOD etc etc.

But tell me how this is fair this was the team match up and it happens to me ALL THE TIME!

MY TEAM:

me - Bronze 1 team mate - Silver 5 team mate - Silver 5 team mate - Bronze 2 team mate - Unranked

ENEMY TEAM:

enemy team - Plat 3 enemy team - Gold 2 enemy team - Silver 2 enemy team - Gold 5 enemy team - Gold 5

HOW IS THIS FAIR???? and what is going on, this is happening HEAPS??????????? can you not make the MATCH up system more fair???????
