Issue with Training practice mode.

So use a Mac book pro and I've set my leveling up skills to Command + Q - R.. Cause its quick and easy.. yet in Practice mode it is auto quit... I've quite more games than I can care to count at this point because it is memory reflex to hit command + what ever to level it up at the start Q which quits the game... is there any thing to be done to fix this issue????
