Best 4800 mid laner for roaming or one shooting people

talon fizz

Talon

rengar

has an excellent burst combo. Once she hits six her roams can generally guarantee kills as long as you land your E-Q combo.

fizz is good at both

Ahri is amazing at roaming and blowing up people.

I play Vel'Koz and enjoy one shotting an entire team

wtf. He is always #1. If you master Jayce, nobody will stop you. Jayce has no counters, Jayce is love, Jayce is life.

But for real though. Jayce has 2 movement speed options (R, E) to help you gank more. His Q+E combo on his Mercury Cannon allows you to snipe enemies taking away 25% of their health. His Q on his Hammer slows enemies, his E on his hammer allows you to knock the enemy towards your ally. Ahri is decent, but she gets countered very hard. Veigar = Rip Ahri. Plus Ahri can get killed when ganking by the top laner. Heck just 2 games ago an Ahri tried to gank me when I had 20% health top lane as Jayce, she had full health, she missed her Charm (E), and then I got an easy double on Aatrox and Ahri. Fizz would be second option, beens he snowballs hard.
