Being able to do a short boomerang blade (Q) would be awesome for a close quarters fight. The amount of time it takes to go all they way out and come back is well, long and I think this would be beneficial in close range fights.

Zuske BloodLine2 votesor for her to charge it like Vi's Vault breaker. sivir is a good champ. but she aint meant to fight close due to her long projectile with not that much speed on it. sivir just needs tweaks. but recalling the boomerang would just look weird xD
IcyPepper1 votesSorry, but there's drawbacks to most spells. Considering Sivir's passive, and what her ultimate does, there is no need for the change. You should be able to implement your kit to compensate.
You could always get the alacrity enchantment on boots, or even buy trinity force (but I'm not sure it's a good item on Sivir).
