Connection Problems

Alright, so the last couple of games I've played I've just gotten horrible packet loss for the entire match. I'm not sure what the cause of the problem is, as I have a constant 30 ping (which is really good for me) and a wired connection. It's not a graphics problem, because I'm still getting 200+ frames while uncapped. Has any one else been experiencing this?

I am. I already commented on someone else's post about this issue. I disconnected twice right when the match starts to load. Restarting the client did it for me those times. However, 3 times after a match has ended the client disconnects, and nothing I try can connect me back. This is so weird.
