Ekko Balance, Everyone look at stats and not at situation

Before I start i would like people who say Ekko is so OP because he can ... and ... to leave because they have no explication and talk about situation they suffered of and they aren't neutral. I played him a lot and i watched some guys play him at high or low elo and i can now think about ekko. he doesnt need a nerf at all. He just need spell balancing.

I think everyone is wrong ... Ekko doesnt need a Buff or a nerf... He need balancing to his spell. By balancing i dont mean nerfing because its too high our buffing because it's to low. I mean his ult does too much damage BUT it's too hard to land so i would work on this, but it would be hard to make the ult more easy to land so in this case we just let this like that and let's go to the w. The W as a big big shield you can use pretty badly (1 sec ?) and it's very hard to use the w slow or stun properly BUT the stun is too big. So i would reduce the cast time to 1.5 or 2 and reduce a bit the shied i would up the shield time to 2 sec and reduce the stun to 2 or 1.75. Now the q, it is a very good spell to help you prox your passive BUT the damage is 35%/65% wich is not that good becauyse the 1st is easy to land but the second is very very hard so u need to be very good. So just put it 50/50 would be better and make the q come back a bit faster. Ekko also need a bit more of attack speed for his passive late game but he need less movement because with is core item he get 436 + alacrity 450 + 3rd Drag 460 it's too much. i think it would help. But even if i did play him so many games even if im being nrutral to this champ even if im trying to help everyone would say he needs nerf because he is new and they dont know how to play against him ... just play annie or leblanc and GG ... ekko is a risky poc -- some champ cant do shit vs him but some will destroy him even if he is better than the other (silver/platinum) .... please take in consideratuon my post. And guys remember that i didn't take in consideration Ratio. For sure i think is ult need a small nerf of .1 or .15 AP ratio. For sure i think passive need a little bit less AP ratio but not to big ... agains of .1 max. Ekko is unplayable in fight and need stuff to hurt wich is bad because is best moment in game is laning and he build bizare item first. (Lich bane and Ludens) so when u have resist u can easily reduces is damage necause he wont have rabadon or void until is 4th item.
