Best Champs This patch to carry out of Bronze?

I have 6500 ip and looking to buy someone good to carry games at lower elo. I can buy a 6300 champ or a couple of lower priced ones. Any suggestions?

I think Volibear jungle is still pretty ridiculous, get ahead and make sure the enemy can't really deal with health stacking and you can 1v5 the entire enemy team.

any champ when u dont get horrible feeders on your team. which is not that often.

other than that: Volibear hard to kill, especially with passive, and does a lot more dmg than people seem to expect

Any solo carry champion that you choose to practice with until you're decent with them.

To name a few in my opinion: Katarina, Annie, Talon, Yi (actually takes more thought on when to engage and when to push for a carry), Trynd (same as Yi), Heimer is always a good choice, and Diana.

If you wanted to be open to spend more time learning champions, you can use: Zed, Riven, Yasuo, Vlad and/or Shaco (Shaco will have a harder time out of Silver, but is great at ending games quickly if you know how to jungle with him effectively and also can enrage the enemy team).

ADC's by definition are carries of course. But require learning basic league mechanics until they are second nature. Jinx, Ashe and Vayne are very good to use to carry with as long as your team does remember that you need peel or cover, which is quite minimal teamwork in comparison to say, what Azir or Twisted Fate need to shine.
