It works fine. Learn to play other champs and not the same damn ones all the time.
Or don't play it at all.
It's really that simple.
Regular URF is worse because it is the most toxic game mode ever conceived. I'd rather lose in 10 than get raged at for picking a champion that isn't top 10 winrate for a 40 min game.
Blind pick 3 bans per team. I think one for all does it like this.
