I found while playing veigar, on urf, that his stun time could be near permastun and with his new passive stacking it to 100 only took a few minutes. This was beyond entertaining and I am glad riot has made this change!

And yeah, depends on how well you can catch the enemy off guard in the process, if you can score some good kills before hand, you can do really well later.
Also if you don't get countered as well.
