Stupid transcendence Nerf in URF

I think the Nerf on the transcendence in URF was the most stupid Nerf I've ever seen ... since it's nerfed there are no other viable builds other than building full Crit ( when you're playing an ad champ). If you don't build full Crit you're going to run around useless. Ah right and blitz with spear is stupid too. Even without it nerfed everyone was building full Crit anyway so why Nerf it to destroy every other build. It just makes me sad to see everyone just building IE just because its so good. just hope that they revert it for the next time since it's so stupid and makes no sense.
