Runes Maxed out
I was trying to buy runes and got an error saying I reach the maximum? so we can't purchase more runes?

I think you can contact support to get that fixed. It’s an old feature that can’t/hasn’t been removed yet.
There is a limit on how many you can own. You'd have to contact Riot support to get them to remove some to be able to buy more. Usually they'll remove t1/2's. Or just wait for season end and they'll all be removed..
