I was playing against a shaco and evrytime he went invisible i could see him thus avoiding any sort ganks....... XD i reckoned it was a bug, so heres the report :D

Do you mean the puff of smoke that appears when he casts his Q? It's intended to be visible at all times.

Maybe he was near a pink or a turret?

Invisible enemies will always show up when theyre near a turret or pink ward. It's how I've managed to catch out Shaco and Evelyn so many times when they attempted a gank.
