What's driving ppl to play yasuo is the false propaganda of him being OP that your fellow whiners perpetrate since one guy did good with him in one game in pro play.

People just play yas because he's fast paced and fun.
He has an attractive gameplay style and a very anime like lore, for many people he's an interesting champion,
yasuo is picked cos everyone likes amine and being ultra cool ninja samurai guy
not me though, he costs so much IP so i play master yi instead.
