RIOT VIKTOR ISSUES

so i was playing viktor in the jungle and it took me 10 mins to hit lvl 6 this is with 3 exp runes so that I dont fall behind compared to the regular jungle champion

then i do kassadin jungle I hit level 6 within the 7 min mark thats 1 min late but no big deal

but 10 mins is to long something is wrong with viktor in the exp area as if he doesn't receive enough exp in the jungle even with the runes included

you can test it out yourself just wanna let you all know you need to fix his exp in the jg
