Mastery game mode / Mastery queu

wouldn't it be interesting if riot implemented a game mode or an actual queue where you could only queue up if you have rank 7 on your champion? i would have tons of fun playing against people who have actual experience on the champion. usually in my game, games are either more one sided whenever i have at least 3 champions who have rank 6-7 and are usually less toxic tbh and also games feel harder when i'm the only one who has rank 7( i have 400k on kha) and the enemy team is full of rank 7s on their champion. so in my opinion having 2 teams that are all rank 7 ( or 5-6) on their champs would be incredibly fun, what do you think?
