Does elo effect provisionals?
If I played with a diamond player during my provisionals and matched up against maybe platinum elo, and win 5/10 of my games would I get a higher rank than if I were to face lower elo and win 5/10 of my games?

Just realized this can only be done with bronze to gold, so I guess playing with a bronze vs playing with a gold.
