Suggestion to balance out Fiddle nerfs
Combine his ult with Poppy's ult so when he ults in he can only take damage or disables from the person he fears
Now he is balanced again after these crippling nerfs

I don't even know why is Riot against Dread being an Aura.
Downtime on MR reduction = damage loss for your whole team, when comparing live to PBE passive.
The new thing is more like a less effective amumu passive, really.
