Riot needs to balance this champion, or take her out of the game completely. She can get into and out of any fight, regens health insanely fast, and can lock you inside of an ult, also she has a shield. Her kit screams broken. She is getting banned in any game I play

To be fair the champ could either be extremely broken or extremely weak, or in between.
He could be right but for the wrong reasons :] Only time will tell..

Id rather them nerf the range on her E instead of the CD
Brain Errör 4041 votes15 seconds is a long time? Do people E max first or something? Haven't been playing her much. But it has a pretty good cooldown. 7-8 seconds is pretty normal for mobility spells late game as well too.

Carrie Pigeon1 votesWait a few days before complaining. Chances are she will be nerfed since she can be extremely problematic due to her Q. Don't expect anything instantly however come a week or two everything should settle out. If you dislike her that much there is a reason we have draft (if you're in NA, EUW, and Brazil at least).
