Riot needs to balance this champion, or take her out of the game completely. She can get into and out of any fight, regens health insanely fast, and can lock you inside of an ult, also she has a shield. Her kit screams broken. She is getting banned in any game I play

Or you just don't know how to play against her, since she was just newly released. I hear this kind of argument every time a new/reworked champion comes out, and then every one just shuts up after a couple of weeks since they got a hang on how their kit works.
She just came out. Take some time to actually learn how to play against her.

Poll option #3: She's fine how she is, give her a week or two for people to get used to her.
People cried and said Kled was op... Get some experience and learn how to play against her before crying.
Wait a few days before complaining. Chances are she will be nerfed since she can be extremely problematic due to her Q. Don't expect anything instantly however come a week or two everything should settle out. If you dislike her that much there is a reason we have draft (if you're in NA, EUW, and Brazil at least).
where is the give her a try first option
She's perfectly fine as she is. Really good duelist, but she's still only a single target champion, like Kled, although she can disrupt team fights by ulting.
She's fine. If you want some help, take Darius or Fiora, and then play safe.
