Ezreal builds?

Hey guys, recently started playing ezreal again and really liking the blue build on him right now, but I do feel there are situations where maybe the triforce build would be better, maybe if ahead or enemy tram dosent have much engage. But my question is if I were to go triforce, what build path should I take and what other items would I want ?
