Mastery 6 token bug

I have played two games this season where i would be mastery 4 in the game. We win I get to mastery 5 on the champion as well as getting an s- or higher. The game tells me that i have earned a token for the champion as well as hitting mastery 5 but when i check the loot and crafting it isn't there. Its been months and i still have yet to receive the token and i am confused as to why any one have any thoughts or have experienced a similar situation?

I'm pretty sure that isn't telling you you earned a token, but is the animation that tells you how to earn them now that you're Mastery 5. You have to be Mastery 5 already before you can earn it.
