(Major Bug) Illaoi's E sometimes disappear even if it hits people

I've played around 100 Illaoi games with her and everything and I've noticed that since the E changes her Test of Spirit sometimes disappear if she hits someones with it while cc'ed or whoever gets hits is performing a dash while being around 200 range of distance from illaoi or closer. The E will not capture their souls and will show you the animation that usually shows up when you hit a minion even if there aren't any minions nearby, this is a pretty game breaking bug since if you miss your E in the all in you probably end up dying or not securing the kill since you are missing that big damage boost and slow provided by the skill. The bug reproduction rate is probably around 50% with the right timing.
