RiTO FIX YOUR GAME

I've been playing leauge for a while but ever since the big update i've noticed that my game kept chrashing randomly... I've been put on low priority way too many time for that ( Twenty minute que ). I've tried almost everythIng but i'm just lost. My ping is around 20-30 and my FPS is good. However, my game just gives up and frezes causing me to have to restart my whole laptop/computer. By the time I get back my team either FF's or i get put on low priority ( "Leaver" ). Do yall have any way I can fix this? cuZ if this keeps happening i might as well delete this game. i don't have time to sit and wait 20 mins for something that isnt even my fault.
