50% win rate

Does this apply to ranked or all game modes? I have a bad game like anyone. But my kdr is usually good but im loosing 70% of my games. I have a good attitude and am positive. I just dont foresee playing a game where i am matched to loose way more than i win. You can look at my match history. I was awarded a key fragment for a positive attitude and yet still im stuck with groups that end up 10-2 in the first 8 mins of a game. Im not complaining but just wondering if i am doing something wrong? Thanks if your read this.
