How about an option to surrender if 3/5 people leave your team?

I just played a game of ARAM with my brother. Just my brother. We had 3 other teammates, but they DC'd. But we didn't want to get leavebustered so we had to just sit there and wait for the enemy team to win because our team left. Seriously, there has to be an easy way to implement a check to see if there's only 2 people left in a team and then give them an option to surrender, or even better, make the match a draw so they don't get penalized for other's problems.
