I feel like its more than just bad luck at this point

Ill admit when i deserve a loss, but the amount of games ive had recently where i just have teammates that either are trolls or just simply forget its ranked and not normals is just unbelievable. Even when i duoq, still cant escape this same problem, its honestly making this game unplayable because the moment I log in, I know im just wasting my time because ill join a game and just have someone have know idea what the absolute basics of the game are(last hitting, the idea that items actually do something, other typical stupid shit.....). Ive tried to reinstall my client cause surely its just missing a file right????? still hasnt helped, starting to run out of ideas on what i can do to fix this..... any possible advice you could give me that might help this cancerous problem im dealing with would be much appreciated! and btw, ive tried quitting multiple times but eventual i get bored and come back so that isnt much of an option.
