Zed
I have seen zed in about 50% of all my games, is there a chance he will get a nerf like no bonus ad from shadow or higher cd on ult and other abilities? how do you think we can balance zed?

Seeing him a lot does not mean he's broken. He's really just the best assassin in general right now imo.

Zed is balanced...I usually beat him in lane so...I don't know what to tell you...
Hes balanced Period
is one of the most difficult assassin there is plus his ult can be awkward in team fights as its hard to assassinate a carry and get out alive.
Zed is pretty strong when played by someone that actually knows what they're doing.
Stacks armor penetration and can kill anyone, that doesn't have the CC to stop him, once his ult's up. I've even seen him shred full build tanks late game.
Blowing up mages and carries is fine. However, I don't believe he should be allowed to destroy tanks and bruisers as easily as he can at full build. His early game isn't weak/exploitable enough for that kind of mid-late game power.
He just needs more competition with other assassins biting the dust. Currently mid lane is ruled by mages... and Zed
Well there's always the option of changing the W passive to flat AD instead of % so that his power shifts more to early game. Not sure if that's what anyone wants or not, though.
