nardsack1 votesif you have a negative winrate, be it even one loss over, that means your mmr is lower for your league. Any negative winrate means that your mmr is below your league basically
HalcyonDweller1 votesRanked mode matches people based on their MMR, which is a more accurate measure of their skill level than their actual rank. So either those silver players had Gold MMR or you had silver MMR. Or perhaps somewhere in the middle. Either way you should stop letting your ego drive you to blame teammates who have lower rank than you, Rank is a poor measure of comparative skill between players.

You make teammates coordinate and prevent feeding before it happens by keeping teammates from tilting and throwing the game.

"pls no feed" is like the worst thing you can say, short of making personal attacks.
Don't do that. Instead practice skills of leadership and communication to make your teammates want to follow your calls instead of the other way around, where you are the one wanting them to follow your calls.
Basically if you build peoples' respect in you by being friendly and confident and positive, you can make them trust you and they will want to listen when you suggest things like, "ward X brush next time so you can see that gank coming and avoid it." Or, "play safe and wait for farm under your own turret, as soon as we can roam we will come help you out."
