Been playing lulu since b4 the dawn of time and it's been like a better nerf lulu situation by this point with like what, 5-6 nerfs, but I just got told that there's been a buff? I can't for the life of me find it though, could someone point me to the patch/article?

W was straight up buffed, if anything. Just adding in a bonus effect that grants people more attack speed actually creates interesting patterns.
Q duration now has a flat 2 second slow.
All took place during 6.13.
The whole AS buffing your ally who is running away and not attacking instead of hard cc polymorphing the enemy buff....
Shoulda put the AS buff on the shield.
