Skins , Why can't we showcase our collection?

So I have well over 100 skins and closer to 200. Why can't I showcase these to my friends ? Would be cool if you had some identifier in load screen. Or when someone views your profile they can see your skins. I know it is a silly thing but man I am a full on skin junkie and I know lots of people who also are. What do RITO? Maybe this encourages people like me to go for the high score maybe you get paid.
