About jungle camping one lane and target champion only key

Maybe Riot can add features like if a champion is killed in the first 15 mins within the next 2min reduce the gold to like 200 or 150 for an assist kill to prevent jungle constantly camping one lane. Also the target champion key is really hard to use you have to hold it to use it I suggest change it to a toggle key press once enter then target champion only mode then press another time to deactivate the mode.
