Riot: If you're going to keep DQ, can you please add voice chat already?
The huge frustrating with DQ (aside from the high elo issues) is being a solo player with and against premades due to their coordination and the solo players lack to feel like they are making an impact. Seeing Riot do backflips to make DQ less frustrating these last few months have made me realize that if voice chat option was added to at least ranked games it would make ranked much more manageable. I prefer to play solo queue, without voice chat, but since riot has made it clear they aren't bringing solo queue back I think it's time Riot reconsiders their stance on voice chat.
I'm so fucking tired of dealing with premades in ranked that have a voice chat advantage. I'm a solo player, and I've decided that I'm done with ranked until Riot gets their shit together because right now the frustration of playing against premades as a solo player in ranked is NOT FUN and I'm fucking sick of feeling helpless. It's not worth it anymore (I been playing ranked for two years and finally I'm done with it now because of how shitty the environment). How many times I've been in a group of solos against a premade, or had the premade on my team ignoring me, or the enemy team being highly coordinated.
Back when Curse Voice was released it was AMAZING that you can join your ranked team instantly in voice chat, but riot said '"no no no, voice chat is toxic", and then since then they decide that season 6 is "Teamwork teamwork teamwork, league is about teamwork!!!!" - and go figure their excuse was that it'll raise toxicity, which happens to be the same one they gave for not making sandbox mode, this is just riot being lazy and giving a blanket excuse. I think it's about damn time there is a voice chat to help make DQ less frustrating for the solo player and to allow more "teamwork" as riot is so elegantly shoving down our throats.
At this point, Riot, what possible reason is there to not have voice chat? Other games have voice chat and it works, why is such a game that prides itself as a competitive outlet lack one of the most basic functions of a competitive game? Come on Riot.
