for a long time on EUNE server,but i understood that his ban rate is so high and even if u master him you wont be able to play him alot.I wanted to ask you if there is such a toplaner or midlaner like that has high mobility ,high outplay potencial and hard mechanichs.

is exactly what you're looking for. Very mobile. %true damage so you can take her even in an AD heavy team. Burst potential. Unfortunately she jumped in popularity due to her recent buffs, but it might go back down.
