why cant i get into dominion lobby's? the normal pick is like 1-2 min Q time but i wait 10+ and dont even get a offer to accept or decline :/ I tried draft after and it had a 35 min timer!!

Draft queue has been dead for years. Everyone swapped to blind pick after Riot let a "no dodge penalty" bug persist for months. Unless there's a community effort, no one queues up for draft anymore.
