No Chest After S+??

I just got an S+ with Yi. In my collections it does not say chest acquired by Yi but it shows the best season grade S+ which was my only S+ with him this season. It also says that I have 4 chestes available this month. No chest in my loot either. Please help

I just got an S- with Kayle. Same with Yi about showing the S- but no Chest acquired next to champion or in loot. Im missing 2 chestes now.
