@riot scruffy, Another miss fortune idea

I have been browsing the boards ever since the 5.14 was announced on mf thoughts, and have been working on ideas to improve her. I think she is a balanced and viable champion right now, but as many will say she has no clear strengths that others can't fill. One of the things I, and a few others value on her is her potential as a duelist, which was largely due to grievous wounds. I hope changes can be implemented that will buff her SLIGHTLY, while keeping her identity not only in tact, but improved. I had a previous post for an idea, which I can link if anyone is interested, but with time and more research have come up with simpler changes that have better impact on her. With the news that the will be changing her, I ask that anyone who comments that she doesn't need any changes please include what areas you would be least hesitant about seeing changed (really hoping for some attention from A Miss Fortune here, as i have seen him/her post on most the ideas out there and respect the opinion of someone who obviously knows her very well). Anyways here it goes.

Major changes:

W: Miss Fortune can no longer critically strike. Every attack applies impure shots, which does 13% of her total damage as PHYSICAL damage. This damage is multiplied by critical strike chance (with similar complicated math to account for critical damage from IE). Attack speed buff active unchanged.

R: Same channel and number of waves. Each wave does X (+.X ap) MAGIC damage and applies a stack of Impure shots.

Idea Behind the major changes: This helps solidify her role as a ramp up adc, currently her w is there but not overly noticeable. Your first hit doesn't feel all that much stronger than your 8th, and the stacks are more or less unnoticeable as they have no visual effects. With these numbers, her damage with 100% crit chance before 4 attacks is less than a critical strike and greater after, up to about 200% bonus damage.

This fixes the damage scalings, so adc Miss Fortune deals mostly physical damage, and ap Miss Fortune mostly magic. This makes itemization less wasteful.

This helps her q scale into the late game, currently if you have decent attack speed and crit, your q is a damage drop in the late game from just auto attacking, except in very rare situations where everything lines up perfectly. This puts her crit damage into her w, which means the q wont be broken early, but can still scale into the game with an adc build.

Her ult will feel a lot more damaging, especially one you get more items, meaning a fed ult will now hurt a lot more than an underfed ult. It will still need to ramp up which allows counter play, she is immobile during it and can be cc'ed.

Possible numbers that need adjusted with these changes: Not numbers, but to clarify, impure shots would now work with life steal, but this SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE on her ult.

If her early levels are too strong with the w changes, her base ad can be lowered without affecting her total ad much do to w's higher ratio

If she is taking too long to ramp up, the ratio of w can be raised to 15% or so.

The magic damage on her ult will likely need lowered than current values, as the q stacks do more for ad MF, and the damage gets amplified by magic pen for ap MF.

If ap Miss Fortune has too low of damage, this would be a good spot to up the q ratio by a little.

Minor changes (these could easily not be included)

Her w resetting her passive is very very rarely useful, a better place in her power budget would be lowering E's cast time.

Her w active is now rather bland, maybe have it interact with her other skills some, such as q applying 2 stacks during the active, or every so many waves of her ult apply 2.

Conclusion

Thank you for reading through all this if you made it this far, please let me know what you think of these changes, or anything obvious I missed! Feedback is more than welcome and I look forward to hopefully hearing more ideas on how the community feels about Miss Fortune's kit!
