Remake doesnt work half the time

I've played a number of games where someone goes afk in the first 3 mins and we cant remake for whatever reason and I lose lp or promos or whatever. Feels like a broken system and super frustrating when it happens. Also for some reason it 150% feels like it happens to me and never on the enemy team. I can think of 20-30 or so instances where i have experienced this and 2-3 where it has been in my favor. Idk, just lost promos off it and I am tilting.

Oddly I had a game the other day where our Jax mid (!) left at precisely 1:30 and we were able to remake. I thought it didn't trigger if they moved at all during the match, but they must've improved it at some point.
