Riot needs to give feedback to chat restricted players

While it is starting to become a commonly accepted fact that the tribunal system is broken players are missing the real best way to fix this issue. When a player gets chat restricted they are currently given no explanation. When a person is punished anonymously multiple times for the same problem without having been told when they had the problem or how they could address the problem. Without giving them feed back and showing them how to improve they are more likely to quit the game or become even more toxic. There are many possible solutions, the easiest would be allowing players to see what games they were reported and what the reports said without seeing who reported them. The next possible solution is to prevent them from using words in chat such as swear word or "I want you to die" or "go kill yourself". If the report bot is as smart as Riot says it is then they should be able to prevent players from sending a message with negative phrases or words. As a community we need to help each-other get better and not kick each-other when we are down.
