Mid-Game MS spike

Every time i play League as of the past few months I can play without issue for the first ten minutes, but then the games lag becomes unplayable and i have rubber banding that lasts for two second intervals. I uninstalled and ran repairs and NOTHING is fixing the issue. Nothing is running in the background and my ram and internet are fine. I do have norton but it has never caused issue before. can someone help me out with figuring out the issue? i dont want to keep leaving games and coming back to try and fix issues, or lose because i cant play properly.

Try running as adminstrator if you are not(i dont want too patronise but you made no mention) Try turning firewalls off too test if that is the problem to be sure. Try using an ethernet cable if you are playing wirelessly.

Dont continue playing without firewalls if that is the issue, you will(presumabely) be vulnerable to ddos. Just try too find a solution if that is it.
