Veigar Rant

Just encase you thought you'd try to pull of veigar. Its basically impossible. With all the mobility with every other fucking champion he could lane against for example, a skill shot is not what he needed. And again, mobility. the stun delay is stupid. how are you supposed to trap, kill, assassinate, engage? Unless the enemy team is completely mental, you're not going to catch one. No more freezing a lane with Q farming, now its just push push push. Because that's what an Immobile champion needs. And farming with the Q is harder than piss. Yes its easier when you get more AP, but its ridiculous.
