Lissandra's viability in the jungle

So I was looking over all the champions theorizing what champions could have some potential in the jungle. After searching I ended up setting my sights on Lissandra, and after testing it a little it's not viable in the current state but I believe there is so much potential brewing there. Her E allows her to produce ganks similar to that of Rek'Sai, and I know that this begs the question: "if she's like Rek'Sai why wouldn't I just play that?" Simple, Lissandra has a lot of CC within her kit and can lock down a target way harder than Rek'Sai ever could. As well as her ganks and formidable cc, her passive is very strong for teamfighting, counterganking, or contesting an objective if she or a teammate secure a kill. The only thing that keeps Lissandra from being even remotely viable is her early clear, her cooldowns are so unbelievably high early that she is incapable of having a healthy clear. While I see the reluctancy to lower her cooldowns because it could improve her strength in the mid lane, she's not seeing much play there either. I think it's very unfortunate that her Q is on 10-7 CD on it's first 3 levels, that is absurdly high for an ability such as that. There are plenty of champions with wave clear ability on far less CD than that. I think lowering her CDs to a degree that isn't to much would greatly benefit her not just in the mid lane but also her viability within the jungle.

I believe she has potential, but it shouldn't be explored.

if she didnt have a terrible first clear she'd be elise tier jungler or higher.

Guarenteed CC (Lissandra R) is a very strong tool for ganks. I'm unsure I'd want Lissandra to be promoted to E into bottom lane and R the marksman for a practically guaranteed kill. She might be interesting in the jungle though, but I personally think she's fine being in the middle lane.

Yeah no. How fun will it be to have a Lissandra point and click 2 second stun you to guarantee a kill bot wthout even having to enter tower range? Rek'Sai can't do that.

If you're looking for viable but off-meta ap junglers try Aurelion Sol. The only pro of his shitty rework was that it buffed his jungling.

I think since Lissandra is already playable in both mid and support, she doesn't really need another position to play in. I don't think I like jungle Lissandra thematically either. She seems more like the type who spends her days in a high tower or commanding her minions on the open battle field, rather than sneaking around through muddy brush or slaying dragons.
