Aftershock being broken, needs a nerf or a fix

As we can see in the title, aftershock is already retarded. I mean the game is already get aftershock or lose, LITERALLY. I mean Guardian wasn't broken like aftershock, lets put aftershock on a 70 seconds cd aswell, since is just so stupidely overpowered. And i bet i'm not the only one who thinks aftershock is so god damn stupid. 100 Armor and 100 Magic resist at level 1? With (how it feels like) 0 seconds cd? It's literally immortality for 2.5 seconds that becomes permanent at a state. Let's make it scale at least. I'm not having fun being raped under my tower, that also sometimes bugges out and doesn't even shoot the enemies that are diving me. If the resolve tree gets nerfed next patch, why don't we nerf aftershock aswell??

So everyone is being one shotted and games are quick and you want to take out the rune that gives you more sustain?

There is a difference between more sustain and immortality. Sustain are the iron skin and second win, see one of my older posts HERE. Aftershock just gives 100 Armor & MR from lvl 1 and is unfun. I literally play my ranked games with the "fear of maokai", that means, i dodge every time when i see a maokai, because he is beyond broken right now.

Aftershock is probably the only rune that allows me to trade on some champions, depending of matchups. If it's a hard matchup, i can opt out of grasp of the undying and pick aftershock.

Let's say i play Shen vs a Gnar. I'm getting constantly bullied, but Aftershock allows me to trade once every 20 seconds. It's probably my only option when stuck in these matchups.

But still, is only unskill when u have it on such a low CD, just think it's impact on junglers Rammus Warwick Volibear that can just press 1 button, follow-up under the enemy tower and kill the persons, just cuz the tower is doing negative dmg on them. Stopwatch is getting nerfs soon, why not increase the CD on aftershock aswell to make it more "SKILLED"
