@Meddler Are there any Guinsoos changes planned for the foreseeable future
Right now Guinsoos isn't purchased on any of the champions that use to buy it except kayle and kogmaw, are there any planned changes for the item to make it at least viable for such a high gold investment? Adding the recurve's bow to the base stats? Potentially reverting how it stacked, 4 for melee 8 for ranged? Maybe both?
