Yuumi's missing skill point at lv 18

Since Yuumi at lv 1 starts with one point in her W and her Q or E (depending on player's choice), why her W still has only 5 skill points?

I'm asking this becouse at lv 18 you are incapable to level up any spells:

5 point in Q + 4 point in W (the one at lv 1 doesn't count) + 5 point on E + 3 point on R = 17

Can someone explain this to me?

Edit: I'm just stupid and I didn't noticed that her Q has 6 skill point

Edit: Correction. Q has 6 skill slots for 6 skill points, w has 4(obviously u cant count the one it starts with), e has 5 and r has 3. Which makes 18.

I checked in game and her W has only 5 skill point.

But another friend of mine noticed me that her Q has 6, which I didn't notices
