In the item description there is nothing about heals and shields on others concerning the 15% heal and shield bonus. 
Does that mean that it will boost the healing of champions using lifesteal, or say this awful vampire? 
And if it does, can anyone see it useful on any non-supporting champs?
Warlord Zudane4 votesI think self-heal spells it will work on, but the heal summoner spell it would not (not certain on that part) but I know self-cast abilities are affected. Otherwise lifesteal is lifesteal - not healing, so it isn't affected.

Meep Man1 votesArdent Censor does not apply to life steal, spell vamp, or health regeneration. It only applies to self-heals that are independent from the previously mentioned stats, like Aatrox's W or Vladimir's Q.
