Did anyone notice that Leona is broken as hell when built with real items?

So champion.gg shows that Leona lost like 4% win-rate since last patch. It's understandable because Leona (as a Support) can't build tanky enough to take advantage of the insanely low cooldown on her q late game. Her early burst being nerfed in exchange for sustained damage, while phrased as a buff just flies in the face of Leona intended play pattern( as a Support).

But with real items she just well 2.75 second cooldown q E actually feels like cc can afford Iceborn gauntlet Stormraider's surge for moar "Can't Escape!"

It's lots of fun, so i reccomend you jungle her and try it for yourselves. Just remember to max Q then E and Rush CDR and gankj every time your ult is up.
