Surrender vote box suggestion

So this is my first time opening a discussion, but I had a suggestion for a minor change in game. So when the 20 minute mark rolls around, you're gonna have the one bad egg who keeps trying to /ff over and over as often as he/she can and unless EVERYONE available has voted, that box isn't going away, even if you have enough votes for the surrender to be futile (i.e. 4 people voted, 2 No's, 2 Yes', and one person just wants to leave that box there cause they think it looks nice.) It won't matter if that last person hit Yes or No, because the result is still going to be the same: Surrender vote has failed. So why not after enough people have hit No to surrendering, just make the box disappear? It's a minor change to an annoyance of a box that's an eyesore on your screen.
