Deathfire Touch on Ryze worth?

vs other Keystone Masteries like Bond of Stone or Grasp of the Undying? or Stormraider's Surge (probably don't have the micro to proc it) or maybe even Thunderlord's Decree (rather unlikely, but haven't seen it in action yet). I've also considered going 15/0/15 and ignoring them all together, grabbing tenacity and bonus magic pen. I'm honestly at a loss when it comes to the new system cause they put so many good masteries in the same tiers . =w=

Honestly Thunderlord Decree scales better than Deathfire Touch, but Deathfire Touch deals heavy damage over time on the lane. It depends on your play, if yoy want to poke, just use deathfire, if you want area damage burst use thunderlords, I feel that Thunderlord's should deal true damage to make it fit into an hibrid gameplay they want to create by making an hibrid pen mastery.
